VCI-802 semi-synthetic cutting fluid is a water-soluble cutting fluid used for metal cutting and grinding, with a common concentration of 5%~10%.Contains high-performance synthetic esters and extreme pressure lubricating additives, which have excellent performance under various strict conditions.After the product is mixed with water, it can form a long-life, stable, and uniformly dispersed microemulsion.
Features：
1. It does not contain nitrite, diethanolamine (DEA), phenol and 4-tert-Butylbenzoic acid, and other substances harmful to the human body and the environment;
2. Excellent extreme pressure performance and lubrication performance. Extend the service life of the tool and increase the surface finish.
