VCI⁺ Products Passed 2 Strict Anti-rust Standards

VCI⁺ independently develops and produces products that meet national and industry standards. VCI⁺ products have passed the latest two strict anti-rust standards.

VIA detection:

VCI⁺ anti-rust paper (M+ Series) passed the QB/T1319-2010 standard;

VCI⁺ anti-rust film (VCI-2000) has passed the GB/T19532-2018 standard, and our two products meet the German military standard TL8135-0002 and GB/T-16267 standards.

QB/T1319-2010:

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of VCI paper.

This standard applies to VCI paper used for anti corrosion packaging for metal materials and products.

GB/T 19532-2018:

It is a national standard designated specifically for anti-rust film, and is currently a stricter national standard for anti-rust film.It stipulates the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, identification, packaging, transportation and storage of VCI plastic film.

This standard is modified and formulated using the US military specification MIL-PFF-22019D "VCI-treated flexible solderable transparent barrier material".
