How to use vci paper？

Before use vci paper ,users or staff must wear gloves, and it is strictly forbidden for staff to directly touch the workpiece with their hands (the gloves should be replaced in time when they are dirty);

Before packing the workpiece with anti corrosion vci paper , it must be ensured that there is no rust and no moisture residue. For products that have been cleaned and dried in the early stage, they need to be cooled before packaging. The workpiece must not come into direct contact with any wood or acid-containing materials;

The best method of antirust vci paper is closed packaging, which can effectively prevent the erosion of water on the workpiece and improve the rust prevention effect;

The color of the vci paper will be changed according to different production lot, but this difference will not affect the rust prevention effect;

To achieve the best anti-rust effect, it is recommended to test whether the VCI product is suitable for the workpiece to be packaged before use;

Vci paper continuously volatilizes a certain amount of anti-rust gas, which can provide anti-rust protection to the metal surface in direct contact;

The distance between anti corosion vci paper and the metal depends on the packaging volume and the travel time of the anti-rust protective layer;

The anti rust paper is a continuous wave of a small amount of anti rust material, the metal surface to provide protection against direct contact. The spacing between the anti rust paper and the metal depends on the time required for the final production of the packing volume and the protection layer. The normal distance is 10-30 cm.
