Nano Wrapping Film, fully known as nanolayer coextruded wrapping film, is manufactured by multilayer coextrusion technology (such as 33layer or 55layer structure), in which materials including PP, PE and POE are composited and extruded in layers. The thickness of a single layer reaches nanoscale, with the overall film thickness ranging from 12 to 20 μm, approximately half that of conventional films. For instance, the 55layer structure uses nanotechnology to enhance interlayer adhesion, resulting in a film with high strength and high toughness.
Main Properties
Nano technology for improved load stability.
Lighter weight and longer length.
High puncture resistance and tear durability.
Reduces storage space and improves inventory turnover.
High strength with low stretch.
Half the thickness, twice the length.
Cost savings of over 50%.
Reduces plastic consumption, eco-friendly and green.

Advantages of Multi-layer Metallocene Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (MLLDPE)
Compared with standard linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the film thickness can be reduced by 20–30% while maintaining the same strength.
Enables a higher pre-stretch ratio (300–400% for machine application), thus reducing material consumption.
Features excellent low-temperature resistance (remains flexible at -30℃).
