1. Redesign the entire cleaning and anti-rust program, using oil-free anti-rust packaging.
2. Use VCI-509A water soluble antirust agent（Salt spray resistance for 24 hours）
3. Packing crankshafts with PE bags.
4. Put VCI-301 antirust desiccants in crankshaft PE bags.
5. VCI+ technical engineers will come to complete the training and guidance, and draw up SOP.
Improve Results:
1.There is no crankshaft getting rusty after 1 moth storage,and the recognition rate of the QR code is more than 99%.
2.Customers have used this solution for more than 3 years, and there is no rust problem at present.
